step 1: The first thing you’ll notice is how the pump head slips onto the valve stem with the lever in the open, unlocked position. Very little effort is required, putting air in your tires becomes a genuinely one-handed task.
step 2: With the pump head on the valve, gently depress the Thumb-Touch latching lever until it clicks. Secure, one-handed operation. Pump up your tires to the exact pressure required without worrying about the pump head coming off or losing air.
step 3: Light pressure releases the latch, which enables you to easily remove the pump head while retaining air and not risking damage to the valve stem. When storing the pump the lever stays in the open position.
